Construction Wire Mesh

Low Caron Steel Wire Rod Welded Mesh Panels for Construction
Quick View:
Construction mesh is a steel wire rod welded mesh panel with straight flat surface. This welded mesh special for construction and building has normally rectangular opening with closer horizontal wires than the square opening welded wire mesh for general utilities. It is made with low carbon steel wire undergoing a cold rolling and straightening process, and then arranged vertically in proper spacing in the welding equipment both at line wires and at cross wires, and joint together by mean of electric resistance spot-welding(also directly welded with hot-rolled wire rods ), turning into steel fabric mesh sheets.

Structures:
Welded Wire Mesh for Construction consists of pieces of wire or rebar welded together to form a grid pattern. The size of the grid pattern is typically 4-inch-by-4-inch up to 8-inch-by-8-inch. This type of reinforcement is used to minimize shrinkage cracking in the surface of the concrete.

Major types:
1. Rectangular Welded Mesh with wires crossed in a form of a rectangle, and longitudinal wire as the supporting one;
2. Square opening welded steel mesh with wires crossed in a form of a square, and both longitudinal and transversal wires as supporting ones;
3. Welded Wire Mesh for vertical wall building;
4. Special type.
